So, first of all, you must OFFLINE with FACEBOOK and ONLINE with BOOKS.
**not only FB, Twitter, Youtube and etc.
SHUTDOWN YOUR LAPTOP, LOGIN YOUR BOOKS.
PUT AWAY YOUR LAPTOP.
Make sure it is not reacheable.
And make your book CLOSE TO YOUR HEART AND MIND.
Next, MAKE SURE YOU START WITH BASMALAH.
Open the book.
plus MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN A PEACE PLACE FOR STUDY.
No disturbance.
It is only you, your heart, your mind, your books and Allah.^^
